For the money I spent on these Two Sola Amita props is money well spent!! I really did my homework, and got the best pitch that would match my boat, expected weight, etc and I matched it up perfectly for my engines. I now can achieve good hole-shot pull, maintain a moderate-high speed and keep my RPMs in a effective range for my engines. Totally happy.

I was thrilled when the item arrived so quickly! Great job, it actually shipped 2 days prior than what my order stated. That was great. The not so great part was the actual product. The propeller was noisy (I have a 50 HP 4 stroke Yamaha). First outing and the prop has a ding in it already. I never heard/ felt anything so I have no idea what that could be. I am replacing with the actual Yamaha prop. I sure don't want to take a chance and ruin my lower unit!!!

Bought this Solas 14x11 prop to replace my Yamaha 14x11 on a 50HP 4 stroke. Simple easy replacement, but this prop acts very differently. First there is a whining noise between 1400 and 1800 RPM (most likely prop singing or resonance). Also it acts like a higher pitch prop since my top RPMs dropped from 5800 to 5000. I noticed that the old Yamaha prop has distinctly different blade shape especially at the trailing edge which probably explains both these problems. Can't recommend this prop.

Service was great. I wanted to confirm that part I needed was what I was about to order. I called, immediately was connected to a real person who was able to answer my technical questions and got my order headed to me. It arrived in a couple of days and peformed better than expected. I have not used it yet, but so far so good. Also you should know that the brass washer that was included does not fit the Prop. The shoulder is too small. That has been the case with all 3 props that I have bought from your company. Jim Hogan 360-909-9912

My honest mistake. My old prop says 14x17, I search and only prop I find is 14...x17. I immediately see it is too large. No service said to take photos. In the light the photo picks up glare. No service says I damaged the prop, no return. Finally supervisor says send it back. No service says it may take 30 to give an answer. 2 weeks later, no answer from no service. Many friendly boat companies to buy.

I have owned and used several solas props. have two Solas Amita props that I use on 150 hp evinrude V6. 17 and 19 pitch by 15.5 diameter. Both props work well and fit great depending on the boat load and what I am doing I will use one or the other. Shipping was very fast. I have bought several items from iboats and have always been satisfied.

Propeller is as expected. My only disappointment was that I had to reuse the cotter pin. Would have nice If a new one was provided as well as the other parts such as spacer, nut etc.

I bought this prop to replace 23 pitch three blade aluminum on a 22 foot Bayliner with 5.7L inboard. It made a huge difference in acceleration and I actually picked up about 8mph of top speed, which I was expecting to lose 2-3mph.

I learned the hard way about buying a prop online from iBOATS....their policy once the prop touches the water no return, no allowance, no swap is available. The prop did not perform even close to expectation, but I had no way of knowing that with out trying it. Let the buyer beware.
