About Stiletto Boat Propellers

Advantage + Guardian Hub Stainless Steel Boat Propellers

  • Excellent hole shot, strong mid-range acceleration, and top speed describe the Stiletto ADVANTAGE Stainless Steel Boat Propeller Series. This series gives you the advantage when skiing, carrying loads and in adverse water conditions. This is the choice for all around performance; it's your ADVANTAGE. Stiletto props are made in the USA.
  • The ADVANTAGE series is designed for 40-300 horsepower engines with 4.25" & 4.75" diameter gear case housings.
  • ADVANTAGE utilizes the Stiletto Guardian Hub system.

SUPERIOR BLADE DESIGN - Stiletto Propellers are truly the stainless edge. All Stiletto Propellers are of a progressive pitch design. Cupped blades help reduce the chance of cavitation, therefore, increasing the efficiency and performance of your engine.

TOTAL PERFORMANCE - Stiletto Propellers are designed to help each boat and engine combination achieve its peak performance at all throttle levels: low end, mid-range, and top end. Stiletto Propellers are designed to outperform the mass produced aluminum and stainless steel stock/utility propellers. Stiletto props are made in the USA.

RELIABILITY - Stiletto Propellers are one-piece investment cast for exceptional strength and safety. This manufacturing process provides superior consistency in blade shape and accuracy in pitch. Some so-called performance propellers are produced using welded-on blades, which are not as structurally sound nor are they as reliable as a one-piece casting.

There must of been a problem with the casting that made it shake at low speed and pulse when excellerated. iboats is working on the return.

4.3 Volvo Penta picked up on the holeshot and 3 mph on the big end. 53mph GPS'd on a Crownline 192BR w/ 4.3GL and this prop.

1995 19' bowrider 4.3 alpha, replaced 13.75X21 alum, I got the same top end I had, 48mph@4800 and got a better hole shot.

Tried new prop one week after it arrived. Boat had no bow lift when trimmed up. Came home and lowered jack plate all the way to bottom. Came back to lake next weekend and brought tools to adjust motor . Could not get boat to trim up to run on pad no matter where the motor was set . Rpm's did come down like I wanted but lost about ten mph due to lack of lift. Put old prop back on boat immediately lifted on pad when trimmed up. It's a shame to good money on something that if you try it and it doesn't work you can't return it to at least try something else

This prop was suggested by my on line Boston Whaler friends . It is mounted on a 17. ft BW Montauk with a 90 hp Yamaha. The performance is great I got a great deal at $ 249 so it you can wait for a sale.

This is a very well made prop. The quality is top-notch it's made in the USA. It made a huge difference in performance. The only issue was very small. I had to use an extra spacer from my original aluminum prop for a proper fit on a Yamaha 85 Horse. Well worth the price - Fast shipping too!

The prop has done all that I had hoped it would. When pulling 3 on the towable we are able to get up to speed quickly and vary the speed as needed! We are well pleased with your product.

Easy to install and comes with required hardware. On first outing at Bogue Inlet we ran into an unmarked sandbar with a full boat of people and the prop came away undamaged or bent.

I bought this prop to replace my 13 3/8 x 17 OMC stainless which got about 36-37 mph at 4900 rpm. I put on the stiletto 13 1/4 x 17 and the gps clocked the boat as fast as 40 mph but at about 4400 rpm. I have a 1979 Johnson 85hp outboard. I know that the slippage doesn't make sense so I'm in the process of making sure my tach is working. But until then I am running my old prop. BTW when I called Stiletto before ordering they told me that their prop would not change my rpm's....that doesn't seem to be the case.

I got this prop for my bayliner discovery 195, 2009 with mercruiser alpha one 3.0 I got the exact same prop in stainless steel with an exact fit. Prop is made of high quality and so so shiny like a mirror. I am so pleased with my purchase. Still winter here so unable to go boating yet with it.

Good performance and quality construction but throbs at idle speed as manufacturer warns, due to vent holes.

I replaced my 13" x 19 pitch aluminum with a 13 1/4" x 17 pitch stainless Stiletto and I'm happy with the performance improvement. The Stiletto looks to be a quality prop. It's on a 1989 Evinrude 140 pushing a 89 Hydra Sports 1750. So far - so good.
