Great prop for a great price. Mounted right up to my Yamaha 90 and pushes my Carolina skiff JVX 20 perfectly. The stock Yamaha prop, brand new, would make 36 mph. This one, same pitch and diameter, makes 41 mph. Out of the hole faster too. Love it!! Arrived on time and was packaged extremely well. Couldn’t be happier

I had damaged the factory Yamaha prop and wanted a quick replacement. This Solas Amita was almost $40 cheaper and fit perfectly. The top speed of the boat remained the same, so the new prop diameter pitch were identical to the factory prop. Quick delivery from iBoats as well !

Prop was easy to install, same as original. Cotter pins were to small, unusable. Needed to find prop grease elsewhere. Prop order should include option to add proper cotter pin and lube.

Good prop and good price. I now have two now. One is on my Yamaha 115hp and the other is in the boat for a back up just in case a big rock or something comes along while fishing. Great thing about the Aluminum prop is if you hit something the prop takes the damage not the motor in all my experiences.

I purchased the Solas three blade aluminum prop for my new 115hp Yamaha 4 stroke as a backup prop. I installed it and was very disappointed as the boat lost 900 rpm's The Solas is the same dia. and pitch as the factory prop which turns at 5900 rpm's I can't get to 5000 with the Solas. I took off the Solas and re-installed the Yamaha factory prop and went back to 5900 rpm's Talked to two marine mechanic's and they tell me that there should not be more than a hundred or two rpm's different. ?????

I have not used it yet, but so far so good. Also you should know that the brass washer that was included does not fit the Prop. The shoulder is too small. That has been the case with all 3 props that I have bought from your company. Jim Hogan 360-909-9912

My honest mistake. My old prop says 14x17, I search and only prop I find is 14...x17. I immediately see it is too large. No service said to take photos. In the light the photo picks up glare. No service says I damaged the prop, no return. Finally supervisor says send it back. No service says it may take 30 to give an answer. 2 weeks later, no answer from no service. Many friendly boat companies to buy.

I have owned and used several solas props. have two Solas Amita props that I use on 150 hp evinrude V6. 17 and 19 pitch by 15.5 diameter. Both props work well and fit great depending on the boat load and what I am doing I will use one or the other. Shipping was very fast. I have bought several items from iboats and have always been satisfied.

I bought this prop to replace 23 pitch three blade aluminum on a 22 foot Bayliner with 5.7L inboard. It made a huge difference in acceleration and I actually picked up about 8mph of top speed, which I was expecting to lose 2-3mph.

I learned the hard way about buying a prop online from iBOATS....their policy once the prop touches the water no return, no allowance, no swap is available. The prop did not perform even close to expectation, but I had no way of knowing that with out trying it. Let the buyer beware.
