We use dual motors and this was installed on the SR motor. Our first acceleration to full throttle totally overrevved this motor. The other motor has the same diameter and pitch by another manufacture and was doing all the work. Very disappointed at throwing $130 away. No Return.

Was told it’s on back order, still a no show with my tracking # email, so I quess it’s stuck in the Suez canal.

Once I figured out the hub, the prop installation was fine. I'm still waiting to try it out though. The weather has still been cold in East Central Indiana. This morning we had a near record cold for April 2nd. There was frost this morning on the ground. The 5 day outlook though is above normal. Won't be going out for a while, I'm two weeks out from shoulder surgery but looking forward to trying it out.

Had trouble with porpoising with my 3 blade, 19 pitch SS prop and went to this 4 blade aluminum and problem solved!

My honest mistake. My old prop says 14x17, I search and only prop I find is 14...x17. I immediately see it is too large. No service said to take photos. In the light the photo picks up glare. No service says I damaged the prop, no return. Finally supervisor says send it back. No service says it may take 30 to give an answer. 2 weeks later, no answer from no service. Many friendly boat companies to buy.

I learned the hard way about buying a prop online from iBOATS....their policy once the prop touches the water no return, no allowance, no swap is available. The prop did not perform even close to expectation, but I had no way of knowing that with out trying it. Let the buyer beware.

Had to do a little grinding on the trim tab because the angle of the blades were to steep. The service and the shipping was great!

This prop replaced the stock Mercruiser 3 blade 21 pitch on my 2002 18 ft Caravelle stern drive open bow ski boat. This is like an unbelievable miracle prop- the boat jumps up on plane twice as fast and I gained 3-5 mph, it turns sharper and tracks straighter. I can't believe it, either. How can a simple prop switch make that much difference? I don't know, but it did. I will not go back to stock Mercruiser props, that's for sure. Iboats delivered in a couple days, at a decent price. I had to call iboats to be sure I didn't need anything extra, but they answered right away and told me I didn't. It was nice not to have to spend another $40 on a hub kit. Anyhow, I am a satisfied customer.

I ordered this prop over a month ago. I was charged the full amount and have yet to see the prop. I called and talked to a rep. Got an email a few days after that and said it was on backorder. Should never have been charged if the product is not on hand. I will be cancelling the order.

This prop did not fit correctly. Upon install the spline shaft extended 1/4 beyond hub. Had to fabricate two washers used as spacers so prop nut had a flat bearing surface to tighten on to. The blade pattern looked nothing like its picture on web site. This prop replaced another Michigan prop (Wheel) same pitch although the diameter 1/4 inch less. Previous prop ran my 140hp 4 stroke Suzuki pushing a 25 foot tri toon right at manufactures max 6000 rpm full throttle. This prop exceeded redline by 600-700 rpm. Huge difference. Was it the shape of blades or the 1/4 inch less diameter? Also if it matters this prop manufactured in Korea. Not made domestically. So 2 biggest gripes, fit was not correct due to needing washers as spacers and huge rpm increase with same pitch as my previous Michigan Wheel prop. The (Wheel) prop out of stock or would have ordered. Was trying to get back on water quickly so ordered Match prop. I will say IBoats shipping was fast. Received order in 3 days from date of ordering.

I bought this prop because the used boat I bought had to high of a pitch for the 35hp Suzuki outboard it came with. It took way to long to get on a plane, so I decided to buy this prop with 2 less pitch. I took my boat out this weekend to fish and I was very happy with my purchase. This prop is great quality, mounted on easy, and got my 16' smokercraft on a plane in less than 3 seconds. I felt a difference, the boat shot out of the water and I only lost 1mph in top speed going from a 14 to this 12 pitch prop.

Switch to the from a 3 blade 21 pitch to this 4 blade 19 pitch. 2012 stingray 208lr 4.3 mercruiser sterndrive. Hole shot and thrust is much better and much better handling but did cost me some top end speed and lose of some rpms. I should have stuck with 21 pitch but still happy with prop so far.

Great prop for the money. Have used them for a long time. Hubs are hard to remove from prop if they have been used very long.

The prop came when promised. First time out could tell it has a vibration that my other prop (a 19 pitch) does not have. Had hoped it would have a better hole shot for pulling out a water skier. but really no difference.

I purchased this prop as a spare for a 22,5 foot Edgewater with a 225 hp Yamaha 4 stroke. I just had a chance to install it for a tryout and was disappointed to hear a small metallic sound in forward gear. Not present in neutral or reverse, and could not be heard on plane. I'm not sure if it needs a larger thrust washer, but it shouldn't need anything different than the standard prop. It also did not come up to plane as fast as my stainless three blade, so no gain there. I guess it will get me home if I need it, but I was hoping for more.

With your listing of a different prop than I ordered does not give me confidence in your customer service.

I have used the Vortex blade in the pass and it preformed well. I ordered a spare blade on July 7 and 17 days later I have not received it. There has been no effort in contacting me with delivery date status when I contacted I-Boat. Customer service needs to improve.

It was what I was looking for, really changed the way the boat runs.

My Suzuki 60 could not achieve full revs with the prop originally provided. A swap to a one inch less pitch prop worked perfectly taking it into the recommended RPM range. My pontoon boat performance is noticeably improved.

The prop fit perfectly on my Evinrude 115 HO but I was disappointed that it arrived with a couple small chips in the paint on the edge of the prop. Otherwise it would definitely get 5 stars. Needing the prop and unwilling to wait for the return process, I decided to use it anyway. I will say, I was fishing an unfamiliar lake and there were "Deadheads" (underwater logs) in a lot of the bays and even in the lake. The boat was moving along slowly when I hit one that was just under the surface. I immediately put the boat in neutral, shut it down and inspected the prop and all three blades were scratched but none were bent or broken. Very happy about that. Any other aluminum prop would've broken or at least been bent. I'll be purchasing another of these props since this one is still not the correct pitch. Once I find the correct prop, I'll be purchasing a Stainless prop from iBoats.

My last prop lasted 5 minutes on the lake, before I hit rocks 100 yards from the shore. I was a little bummed, but I ordered this prop on Sunday and I had it by Tuesday evening. the 17 Pitch is the proper pitch for my engine and a LOT better than the 21 P that was on it when I bought it used. Even works better than the 19 I ruined. I have yet to tow the kids, but this does seem to make the boat run smoother.

The the prop send me does not fit my boat it's a Volvo 280 Penton and it's 1979 20 foot sunrunner inboard engine going to go to the lake for Fourth of July but went to put the prop on and no fit

I ordered this prop on Sunday, I had it by Tuesday at noon. Not rushed or over night, just normal shipping. I had just replaced my prop and 5 minutes on the lake and 100 yards from shore, and I hit bottom... so I ordered this prop, hoping it might get here in the next two weeks, I was shocked when it showed up less than 48 hours later. I got it on and ready to hit the lake again... well maybe hit is the wrong term, get out ON the water and not INTO the bottom of the lake. The original pitch on this used boat was 21, the prop I destroyed was a 19, this is a 17, and OEM specs, I expect to get better performance and looking forward to testing it out.

Ordered on 6/22 arrived on 5/25. Fits perfectly. Much more thrust than the 3 blade it replaced. Sweet! Only problem is the Dia. - Pitch is always stamped into the metal somewhere on every prop I've ever owned. Not this one!

I am very satisfied with the new 4 blade prop I ordered, it arrived in time frame provided to me Ordering online was simple and quick to get done.

I had ordered this product from another distributor but it turned out to be the wrong part because the other distributor didn't indicate what the spline count was. iboats website was more complete and accurate allowing me to order the correct part. I do think iboats website is very good and they got the product to me very quickly.

Beautiful prop. Went on my 1986 Evinrude 15hp. Perfect fit looks amazing. Have not tried it yet but I expect it to perform excellent. I got the same 10 pitch as my stock prop which was super beat up. Very happy highly recommend.

I purchased this prop in order to reduce "WOT" rpm w/o loosing power on the holeshot and maintaining proper rpm at crusing speed. It fit the bill perfectly, thx for the WIDE selection of props to choose from.

I needed a prop emailed customer service told them year and make of my boat and asked which ones would fit I chose one they said would fit when I received it it didn’t I emailed them over 10 times finally they started refund process but told me I had to send it back and they refused to reimburse the cost which was almost half the cost of prop very disappointed and will never use I boats again because of this!!

Needed a spare

First off they forgot to send me the fuel filter that was part of my purchase! (Invoice number #4422115) Then when I Brought my boat to my local Marine shop to have normal maintenance done along with a new prop purchased from Iboats for my Bigfoot Mercury 25HP. The Mechanic informed me that there was play in the prop forward to back and suggested to not run the motor while the prop was loose. And if that was not enough I have called Iboats customer service department over 10 times now and left my call back number every time and still have yet to recieve any phone calls or help about returning the item and where my Fuel filter is that was part of my orginal purchase. This is only the 2nd time I have ever left a bad review on any online purchase. This was also the 1st time I have bought from Iboats and most likely will be the last unless customer service can change my mind.

Not only was the arrival of my new prop a week late, when it did arrive it was NOT THE PROP I HAD ORDERED. The return process is proving to be a tiresome event as well. IBoats seems to think I should pay the return shipping!

I received my prop for the old boat and I caint explain the difference in performance it came on plane faster ran at a higher top speed. The 4 blade prop upgrade is the best money ever spent. anyone would be happy with this upgrade. Just do it. you will be happy

Maybe you'll answer me this way, because you don't return e-mails or answer the phone!! On 6/2/20. I ordered an "in-stock" propeller. Received an order confirmation with a shipping date of 6/4/20, arrival on 6/11/20 (order 4417155). Checked the order and on 6/9/20 it still had not been shipped. Well it's 6/12/20 now, and still shows as not shipped. I'm certain it won't get here over the weekend, so there's two more days. I have tried for a week to contact iboats, you don't return e-mails (3) nor do you answer phones. Probably a nice propeller, if I ever get it!!!!

The prop works well and looks to be solid. The only problem I have with it is it makes a small vibration at lower rpms. It kind of makes a wine sound from the vibrations around the 1900 or so range. My old prop never done this, but I don't really run at those rpms anyways. Happy with purchase

I was VERY surprised at what a difference a 4 blade(vs. 3 blade) prop did for my 15 HP, 2-stroke Evenrude. I'm now able to troll at micro speeds and the 4 blade prop cut-down on top end engine vibration. For my boating application, I should have switched-out my 3-blade 9.5" X 10" a long time ago.

Be forewarned that if you purchase a propeller and it so much as touches the water a return or swap is not permitted per their return policy. Ours was not in the water a total of 10 minutes before we realized it would not work for our cir tances as related to size and pitch.

I normally run a 17 pitch prop on my 16 foot tracker with 75 mercury 4 stroke. It was to fast to troll with so I went with a 9 pitch and it trolls perfect but you get there a little slower. I'm happy

1976 mercury thunderbolt 500 on a 1960 Richline Super Custom 16, approx weight with engine and heat 750lbs. I get 28mph solo in a 16' semi V.

I have not run this prop yet its a replacement for a motor i bought in late fall! i re powered my boat travel and ware a tare if i had parts and spare motor so i could do the plan i had in place before! it would be easy to do a second time

I purchased the propeller based on iboats recommendation for my 90hp Yamaha. I evaluated the product and it cavitated at high speeds. I attempted to return it for a different pitch and iboats would not accept the return. The claim from iboats is that it was exposed to water and is no longer considered new. Are you kidding me? It is a propeller and is designed to be in water. There is no damage at all from a single test drive. I will never use iboats again.

Great prop for a great price. Mounted right up to my Yamaha 90 and pushes my Carolina skiff JVX 20 perfectly. The stock Yamaha prop, brand new, would make 36 mph. This one, same pitch and diameter, makes 41 mph. Out of the hole faster too. Love it!! Arrived on time and was packaged extremely well. Couldn’t be happier

I purchased this 19 pitch prop to replace the original 17 pitch prop on my 2015 90 HP Yamaha 4 stroke motor. I was at 6000 rpm max, and 40 mph on a 17.8 G3 Aluminum Fishing Boat with me onboard. Now, my top rpm is 5600 and 43-44 mph, the hole shot really didn't seem to change much. I usually cruise about 30mph at 40000 rpm. So, I am happy with the purchase.

After breaking a three blade stainless prop I went with this one to try it out .I couldn't be happier . Handling improved dramatically , boost planes ot quicker and I actually gained 3 mph top end instead of losing power

The prop is on the boat and works fine. I called and spoke to a person before ordering to make sure that this was the right fit, they told me I needed the Hub assembly, which I did, and the Prop Spacer, which I found out during installation I didn't. It was only after I tried to install the spacer that I saw it was not right. I called and spoke to a person who talked to another person and they were not able to determine my problem, they could not understand what I was trying to say. They gave me a number to call (1866 219 4520), no one ever called me back after waiting on line and being transferred to a voice mail I left a message. Finally I just called another establishment and they knew exactly what I was talking about and told me I did not need the spacer. Iboats gave me poor customer service and now I cant get a return because of the return policy. Awesome prop. Better acceleration, quieter, smoother ride, less wake, more speed for the same gas. What more could you want?

Used the quicksilver prop selector tool to make sure I would get the right prop. Well the tool tells me I need a 13 pitch every time. Well a 13 won’t allow my engine to achieve the proper RPMs, I contacted iboats, and quicksilver silver, and am told I’m out of luck. Sell the one you bought, and order a new one. Thanks, but no thanks.

Our old prop was literally destroyed by the previous owner so we purchased this prop with a higher pitch to allow speed and force lower RPMs. the boat has a small gas tank and large motor so we needed to get speed yet lower the fuel usage. I could have gone with a 15 pitch and gained more speed because of higher RPMs but then used more fuel. IT WORKS GREAT!!!

Prop fit like it was supposed too!

I had the wrong prop and had low full throttle RPM and low top end speed I had too much pitch. The Hustler website prop recommendation was great and they had just the prop for me. My Grady 19 with 10 year old F150 Yamaha now has better hole shot and near max RPM at full throttle with top end speed one knot better than the Yamaha manual says I should expect . For just over $100 including the easy install hub ,no shipping charge and 10 minute self installation, I am a happy boater. And I can swap out a new prop for about $75 bucks on the lifetime hub if I want more speed or better hole shot with more load carrying capacity. A prop repair would cost more than that. I believe home office is USA which is a big plus for me..

I am running this on a 2018 Yamaha 50, and it came with a 13 pitch on Lund 1625 Fury XL. The 13" pitch worked, but I wasn't totally satisfied with it. I bought this prop, and the difference is amazing. It comes right up on plane, and at 3/4 throttle I am running the same top end speed as I was running with the original prop. Great value and quick shipping!

I ordered this prop based on the information provided on-line for fitment. It fit the shaft but went on too far and rubbed on the lower unit housing. When I called customer service they were of no help and simply said "you ordered it". I sent it back at my expense and they credited the amount of the prop.

Prop works very good. The pontoon boat had a 3 blade, that was pretty beat up, and wow what a difference! Can really tell the difference when you punch the throttle. And it comes with the hub kit and thrust washers. A way better deal than anything I found out there. When I decide to buy a stainless, this will be where I go to order it.

I purchased the wrong prop before I did my research, I thought all props were the same you just need the correct splin match for your out drive, pitch / diameter. Not so. You can see and feel the quality of a Michigan wheel propeller. i bought a prop off the shelf from the marine store. You can see how cheaply it was made and how the splin gear was a thin peace of metal inserted into a plasict holder that you insert into the propeller. If you hit a thick peace of kelp you'd be in trouble. Michigan propellers on the other hand have a thick brass gear prest in the propeller and will not be easily damaged. It performs extreamly well in all conditions. Oh by the way I saved $65.00 by ordering my Michigan's wheel propeller Not only was the marine store more expensive it was cheap product.

it just does not feel right for my boat it losses speed when turning and vibrates more than the last prop I am ordering the 4 blade 14.5 x 17 now to see how it works.

Bought a used boat with a Merc 3.0 alpha one. Was looking for a little more out of the hole performance. I got the four blade 17 pitch and it was like night and day. I am having a great time with my boat now. I would recommend this prop any day. As a note, the prop that was on the boat when i got it was a 21 pitch. Way too big for my boat. With this new prop i run at 4700 rpm and top end is a nice 38 mph according to my gauges. Finding and ordering through iboats.com was a breeze. I have since ordered several other products from them.

I'm happy with my new 4 blade propeller. My boat was overproped when I bought it, and seemed to ventilate quite easily and had a lot of slippage. The 4 blade propeller gets a better bite on the water and runs at wide open throttle much closer to optimum rpms than my old propeller.

I got this for my 90 horse Suzuki. My home lake is full of stumps, and it is being lowered in case of a hurricane. I chose an Aluminum prop, so that the prop will bend(or break) if I hit a stump hard, but my prop shaft will not be damaged. This wheel is much higher quality than I expected. The finish and trueness are very good. I bought a 14x15, but will order a 14x17 to have some flexibility when the water comes back up.

Don't know how the prop works because the plastic Lap Ring Seal broke during installation and I can't get a response from iboats and can't find a replacement anywhere.

Nice looking prop but it won't slide on the shaft all the way. I am going to have to hone out the bushing a bit to get it to work. Other than that nice product and very quick delivery to my house.

It pays to experiment with I was hitting the rev limiter on a 20hp Suzuki 4 stroke (DF20A) fitted with a 7 pitch on a 200lb Zodiac. I bumped up to this 11 pitch and it brought my RPMs down to the appropriate range at full throttle, without a big hit to acceleration or hole shot. The fit and finish of these aftermarket props is good. Installed without a hitch. Price and shipping time was excellent.

When I ordered my propeller I was shipped the wrong one. I contacted customer service. Shipped the part back (which I paid for). When tracking showed me it was there I contacted them again. They checked the receiving immediately. Found it was their error. They immediately shipped the correct part and credited me for my costs. They also did two day shipping for no charge. Two days later I had my part. Mistakes happen. It's how you deal with it that defines service. They handled it as well as can be expected. I'd definitely order from them again.

I review everything and take my time buying. This is an awesome low cost prop. Hub system worked as it should and had no problems. Installed and ran the boat hard all day pulling multiple tubes. Gained around 600 rpm WOT trimmed out going from a 19 pitch to this 17. Also gained top speed. 15 pitch is in the mail. Need more holeshot lol. Don’t hesitate to buy.

I ordered a 4 blade prop for a 2003 8 hp 4 stroke Mercury outboard. The motor they said would fit was a Solas 1113-093-09. The stock prop from Mercury has a 55mm dia. housing. The Solas prop has a 61mm housing. Too big to fit the motor. When I told Customer Service , all the young lady could do was argue with me saying I am doing something wrong. I am 70 years old and have been working on boat motors for 50 years. Their Customer service has no tech experience at all. They won't even pay return shipping when they make a mistake. Sloas Tech Support agreed with me that the prop would not fit that motor. Last time I buy from Iboats.

Very nicely packaged. Took 5 mins to install. Went to the four blade from old 3 blade. Everything seems to run and drive smoother. Pops boat on plane faster and pulls a two person tube much easier. Engine does rev a little higher but that was expected since I also went down to a 19 from 21 pitch.

I was going to purchase exact match prop but rep recommended this one from Hustler. I feel like it lowered my top end speed a little but the bite and take off are noticeablely better. This prop is more teardrop shaped vs rounded fins. I had to modify the fin (grind it down). I wish the rep would have just advised me to buy a new one. The prop looks good and works good. I used an impact to take the nut off I recommend this as it is hard to hold.

In all fairness this engine isn't strong enough for this boat. I am having trouble planing with 5 adults on board (USCG=capacity 10) thought I would try a 4 blade not enough improvement to switch. Tried boat with two and the engine over revved (6K +), I'm going back to a three blade.

Purchased a new Solas Prop for a 50 HP Honda. It was shipped on 05/21/2018. It has an awful whining noise. I contacted Solas and iboats way before 30 day's. iBoats. refused to take the prop back as it was placed on the motor and in the water. Like I would know about the noise before that?? Solas agreed to take it back under warranty. I contacted iboats for the return procedure. Here is their response: Hi Edward, I received the below email. If you were looking to return the propeller unfortunately we are unable to accept any returns once the propeller has been placed in the water or the engine has been run. 2nd time out the hub slipped. I marked it to see and the marks didnt line up after the 3rd run. Slight scuff marks from driftwood so Im not even going to waste time trying to return. I have had Quicksilver props that have accidentally been buried and they never slipped even after years of use.

After our last hurricane went to Houston to help all the people out of the flooded houses tearing up my prop running over the top of vehicles and no telling what else i hit.Waited a little late to replace but ya sent the prop in a hurry putting me back in river fishing the same week and prop worked better than the one i had on it before hand.If anybody out there want a good prop call these folks up and you want be disappointed.

I am running a Johnson 140 looper on a 21 Stamas cruiser with stainless bracket (aluminum bracket). I can turn this prop 5500 plus. the boat will run 33 mph. jumps up good. very little cavitation. prop works good. nice looking appearance.

When I installed this prop on my 2015 Evinrude E-TEC 90HP Pontoon series outboard with a 22FT Crest II LM pontoon boat, I was replacing an Evinrude Hydrus 13 pitch prop that was made for pontoon boats. Unfortunately Hydrus props only come in three choices of pitch, 9, 11, and 13. The set-up I had ran 6200 RPM at wide open throttle. Recommended range is 5500 maximum. Even though I was using the best recommended package by Evinrude for my pontoon boat, I was ending up with a need for more pitch. Using the online charts which call for a decrease of 400 RPM for each 2" increase in pitch, I tried this 17 pitch prop. The result was a wide open throttle RPM of 5000-a drop of 600 RPM per 2" of pitch. My solution was to use this 17 pitch as my spare and to buy another Solas prop with a 15 pitch that ran at exactly 5500 RPM. Bottom line is that Solas props are excellent and both props increased my top speed from 21 MPH with my Hydrus to 26 MPH with either Solas. Happy with the 17'' and delighted with the 15". I highly recommend these props.

If I take someone with me I change to my 11in. pitch for better performance.

I ordered this prop to replace my factory 3 blade 14.25 x 21 mercruiser alpha one 2.0. On a 2013 Tracker Tahoe Q4i w/ 3.0 MOI. WOT(Factory) 4800 rpm. I am also running a Stingray bolt on foil/ stablizer. The order showed up in just a few days, it took about 40 mins to r/r everything and it did make a substantial difference. 1 problem was having to cut the trim/torque tab (anode) below the cavitation plate to allow prop clearance. No big deal though. My 18' boat weighs roughly 2100 lbs with fuel, light gear and 1 person. The boat is NOW on plane in 2.5 seconds, 0 -30 mph in 6 seconds, top speed GPS 39.7 mph in 11 seconds trimmed to about 5/8s out according to gauge, any more than that and it will start to cavitate.WOT showing 4600 rpm. WAY QUICKER OUT OF THE HOLE AND ONLY LOST 1-2 MPH. I CAN CRUISE ON PLANE AT 2700 RPM WITH JUST A LIGHT CHOP ON THE WATER AND A MILD BREEZE. THE MOST NOTICEABLE DIFFERENCE IS THE HANDLING. I CAN MAKE A HARD OVER PORT OR STARBOARD TURN WITH TRIM SET AT 3/8s OUT AT 28 MPH AND THE BOAT HOLDS WITH BARELY ANY SLIP. Bottom line: I'm very pleased with the performance so far, I tested it in a fairly calm freshwater river and then ran it again in 2-3' seas in salt water with substantial winds 15 - 23 mph. Great Price and made a real difference in performance. It has improved fuel economy but only as long as I am under th 3500 rpm mark, cruising around 29 mph. I am very satisfied thus far. The difference this prop made on my boat was like night to day. Planes faster with less throttle smoother ride and better fuel economy. prop used on Carolina skiff 198dlv w/90 4stroke Yamaha outboard.

Had to get a new prop due to contact with hard bottom. This new prop" sings" at low rpms. I talked to I Boats customer service and they had me call Solas. Solas said it is a harmonic distortion and is harmless to my motor. I do not like the noise and wish you would provide me with an exchange.Never had any issues with the first prop.

Don't order anything from this company, i ordered a new prop, and it was the wrong one, when i tried to return it they said it was installed and repainted by me. they will not give a refund. see online for all the complaints for returns. i will never buy from this company again.

Boat came up on plane 5 mph less than old prop. A one point playing around I was down to 10mph and still (just barely) on plane. I could cruise at 20 mph at about 1/4 throttle. These stats are way below what my 3 blade Stainless Steel prop did. I did not attempt top speed, but hole shot and up on plane is a whole lot better. On plane in just 2 boat lengths, vs about 4 with old prop. If your looking for lower speed performance this is the prop you want. 1985 Rinker v170 140hp Mercruiser, 4 adults and a cooler onboard.

Went From a Mercury Blackmax 14x13 P prop as I wasn't getting into the max rpm range with my 24foot pontoon boat with a 90 HP mercury when weighted down with passengers. Now I'm maxing out my RPM range with both a light and heavy load also lost max speed, which was to be expected. I don't blame this on the prop so much, as I now know, I should have went with a 12 pitch prop for a better middle ground of speed and avoiding dogging the motor under load. This prop does rev up quite fast and tends to slip under acceleration, while trying to push my pontoon, I believe it will be good for pulling tubers and under a max load of passengers. (Under load with old prop rpm 5200 max now 6100) If I were to buy it again I would try a four blade prop in a 12 or 13 pitch. I lost 4 mph by going down in pitch.

Pitch was too much for my motor but the product is very nice, nice finish, nice prop, need 17 pitch on 115h merc on 18 ft aluminum starcraft if that helps anyone out.

Everything worked perfect, the lock nut and keeper washer seem like a good way to make sure your prop stays where it is supposed to.

Prop looked good , it said it would fit my out board and it didn’t so I returned it and since I scratched the prop while trying to fit it on the shaft now I get the shaft , the hub that came with the prop was too short for my motor so prop would not tighten down hence how it rubbed lower unit and scratched it but since I tried to make it fit return policy is void HIGHLY RECOMMEND BUYING FROM AMAZON

While the marinas around my area wanted over $250 for the SAME prop for my 1984 70hp Evinrude, I was glad to find this one. Prop was a perfect fit and professionally packaged. Before I buy anything else for my boat I will check iboats first. Can’t beat the value and customer service.

I have had a 1987 Regal cuddy since 1990. I can't believe its taken me this long to try a 4 bade prop. With a 14 dia. 19 pitch 3 blade it would take about 15 to 20 mph to get to plane with 2 adults, but with 6 adults, 2 adults had to get up front to get to plane. With this new 4 blade Turning Point Hustler prop the boat is planing from the start. I have only had 2 adults in it so far so can't comment on it with 6 adults yet. But with only 2 I could remain seated and still see over the cuddy while accelerating. I didn't have to stand up at all. It seems to go a little quicker at lower rpms such as leaving and returning to marina. The top end has been reduced from 38 mph at 4200 rpm to 32 mph at 4000 rpm. Essentially it appears to have much more low end torque while giving up top end. I used a grinder to put a notch on my trim tab for the blade to fit since I didn't get the modified mercury trim tab, very easy. The price was much lower than my original choice, a 14 1/2 dia 18 pitch 4 blade mercury prop. which I think would have helped keep some top end but I don't know for sure.

Looks to be a pretty good prop. Replacing a 13 pitch but will have to wait until spring to try out. Easy to install using original motor spacers

Ordered this prop about three weeks ago and still haven't received it. Starting to get worried about this!! Especially since they said it would be less than a week to get.

The original prop I purchased was the wrong pitch for my boat and motor combination. This original pitch was one of the props listed on the chart for my motor but in the first minute of running, I was able to see the max. Rpms were wrong. I truthfully told iboat what had occurred and they denied the return of the wrongly pitched propreller, because it had touched the water. I have learned and I hope others will learn that there are other places to purchase propellers with honest return policies. Curt Armbruster

This prop came with a hub kit (that is correct per the application guide) that has the wrong prop nut for a new yamaha 4 stroke 40hp outboard and no matter how you install the washers there is 1/2" of fore and aft play along the spline. Using the old nut does not allow proper use of a cotter pin. I can't run this prop like this and can't find a quicksilver tech support number.

I wish I could post a positive review. I bought an aluminum boat a couple of months back, and decided to replace the beat up 25 year old propeller on the 15HP Yamaha 2-stroke. Turning Point seemed like a good way to go. The first propeller lasted less than one gallon of gas before failing catastrophically. Without striking anything, one of the blades completely detached from the propeller. I was in 8 feet of water, moderate RPMs, and moderate speed. The part where the blade was connected to the body of the propeller is smooth and shiny, not rough and jagged. To my eye, that indicates that there was never a secure bond between the blade and the body of the propeller. I contacted Turning Point, as iboats.com's policies state that you cannot return a propeller that has been in the water. Turning Point sent me a new propeller right away. The new propeller also has issues. The round part of the outer hub has two significant bends in the rim, where it interfaces with the motor. It is obvious that this is supposed to be perfectly round, and it is even more obvious that it is not round. This should have been caught in quality control. Turning Point is 0 for 2 with me. The first prop failed while on the water, leaving me stranded on Labor Day. If am not giving the second prop the opportunity to fail, or damage my motor. Turning Point has been responsive, but I am rating the propeller, and not the customer support. Bad products deserve 1-star ratings, and the two propellers I was sent were definitely bad before they left the factory.

Ordered this new prop to replace an old one I was glad to be able to find it couple years ago it was unavailable. Got me on the plane quickly and everything worked perfectly got about 15 miles an hour on a 14 foot boat with 8 horse motor . Used it on Labor Day weekend run a full tank of gas and had no problems . Fast service prop arrived three days and fit perfectly

I bought the wrong prop and have got nothing but a runaround trying to return it. I have gotten 5 plus emails asking how my experience was . I have Not got the email with return instructions on it. I even called and they said they woul send it. Still waiting. I did get another are you satisfied with product!!

I have this prop in a 10 pitch, and wanted to compare the 9 pitch....my boat is a little faster with the 9 pitch if the load is light.

This prop fit my Yamaha 40hp perfect. I was able to use my original spacers and nut. Works great.

I bought this prop to replace a 'composite' 4-blade prop. As suggested when going from a 4 blade to a 3 blade, you step up one in the pitch. This prop gives me everything out of the hole that my 4 blade did, and it seems to run a little smoother at high speeds.I am completely satisfied, and for the price yo just can't beat it. A local boat shop was asking more for used props than I paid for this one new. Happy customer

Great quality product. I inspected it closely and didn't see a single flaw. I had no idea how much performance would be gained from a new prop and had I, I would have replaced it long ago.

Propeller looks nicely made. It replaced prop I hit some rocks on. Based on the propeller selection wizard, I went from a 8 pitch prop to 10 pitch one. Did increase the top speed of my pontoon boat by 1 MPH and will see how it affects gas mileage.
