STEP 1 - Buy select propellers that come with the RiteProp Exchange option. All propellers in the PropFinder with this logo are eligible. 
STEP 2 - Test your new prop for a week, if you like it, keep it! If you believe that changing the size, pitch or number of blades would give you better performance results, exchange it. We're here to help you select the next prop. Now with the RiteProp Exchange Program, you're not stuck with a prop you're not satisfied with. It's easy to exchange, here's how: Repackage your prop with all the original packing material, call iboats.com at 1-800-914-1123, and use the return shipping label to exchange the propeller.
STEP 3 - Once we receive your test prop, we’ll exchange it for one of our Certified Demo Props that’s in almost new condition. In other words, these Certified Demo Props are in the same condition as the test prop you send back to us.

What condition will the exchange propeller be in?
All of the exchange props are in almost new Certified Exchange condition. This means you’ll be getting a propeller that has been tested on a boat for a brief time just like the prop you are exchanging. Every Certified Exchange prop is cleaned, examined, and certified to make sure it’s in terrific condition. If the prop checks out it can then be sent to a customer who is participating in this program.

What about the hub? Do I need to remove it?
Don’t worry about removing the exchangeable hub. We’ll do all the work of removing the hub from the prop housing and send you a Certified Exchange prop and hub replacement combination.

How much does the program cost?
The cost of the program is only an extra $9.95 + shipping. Shipping includes the round trip costs of sending your briefly tested prop and hub back to us and then exchanging it with a different Certified almost new prop and hub combination that you selected.

How many times can I exchange the propeller after I pay the $9.95?
The $9.95 only pays for one exchange. $9.95 will be charged for each additional exchange. Two way shipping applies to all exchanges.

What kind of damage is okay?
Damage of any kind on your prop is not okay and will not be accepted back as an exchange. If the prop was installed incorrectly and thereby damaged, has a nick, dent, bend or sustained any other damage of any kind…even minor damage…it can’t be accepted back into the RiteProp Exchange Program.
