About Turning Point Boat Propellers

Express Stainless Steel Boat Propellers

  • Newer performance enhancing designs provide maximum top end speed, secure handling (less ventilation), and quick acceleration.
  • Higher progression of pitch - improves hydrodynamic efficiency for maximum overall performance.
  • Fine tuned cupping - grips the water tight and greatly reduces ventilation.
  • High rake - provides good lift and maximizes top end speed.
  • Vent holes - hole shot enhancing vent hole system allows your boat to reach a higher rpm more quickly.

MasterGuard Hub System

  • Most durable hub available - won't leave you stranded with a spun hub
  • Small diameter gives maximum exhaust flow and increases horsepower
  • Only hub available that adapts to all OEM thrust washers
  • Eliminates clutch rattle prevalent with competitive hubs

DON'T FORGET YOUR SPARE!
Add a second propeller housing to your order now! Our Hustler aluminum propellers will also adapt to the same hub! It's a great idea if you will boat in untested waters and you don't want to risk damaging your more expensive stainless steel propeller. Unfortunately, damage happens and when it does you'll be prepared! If you use your boat for water sports or loading the boat with extra people, get a second propeller of a lower pitch. It will make a big difference in how your boat handles the added weight and drag!

North American Fishing Club field-tested and approved.
Field testers from the NAFC tested our propellers and we received a 100% approval rating and a 9.7 out of 10 feature rating - one of the NAFC's all time highest ratings!

"I was very impressed with the torque I felt with the Turning Point prop. The increase in power and smoothness was very noticeable. Easy installation. Great in turns, a lot better than the stock prop."

Have purchased five different props (all alum) they were good but not great. I finally narrowed down the pitch and decided to spend the $$ on SS prop. Best decision I could have made. ordered the 21 pitch that was on sale for a great price had it repitched to 19 by the local prop shop. Now my bay boat does everything i knew it could.

Amazing prop.for the price. I have used all kinds of props. in the past (Ballistic, Apollo,Quicksilver SS. and i don't think (ever) having a prop. as good all around prop. as this one (better hole shot, less cavitation fantastic top speed). There is only one word to describe this prop. WOW. I was pleasantly surprised, the specs. said new design and they (really) and i mean really mastered this prop !!! My boat is a 1998 17' campion 492cc with 115 Mariner 2strokes also 1998 and now it really flies. I would definitely recommend this prop. anyone. Again (WOW)...(Happy)

I have a skeeter zx 18ft aluminum boat with a yamaha 115 two stroke motor. I was running a yamaha k series 13 1/2 inch 21 pitch prop that was said to be the ideal and best prop for that set up. To be honest from the get go it had some cavitation but was tacking just about right so I cupped it a little that made it porpoise. I just couldn't get it just right so instead of spending the money to fix it back. I decided to spend just a little more and try this prop a 13 1/4 inch 21 pitch. It did idle a little rougher but is normal for the type of prop it is. I tell you what. I didn't know what a hole shot was until I tried this one The front of the boat doesn't come nearly as high and gets on step way way faster. It tacks a little higher but I trim it down just slightly from max like I was running before and it is just right. I don't have a speed rating but to me it is faster and handles way better in every aspect. I will sell my older one to the propshop and use the money to buy a spare one for just a little more. This is a steal with the memorial day special on a great prop that solved my problems and gave me great performance hope it will do the same for you. If you have a similar boat I'm almost sure it will. The belief that yamaha props work best on yamaha motors is not always true! I Will have to use it for a period of time to comment on the reliability and the hub design quality but so far it is a winner!

I do not have a problem with the product i purchased, i have a problem with the service. I purchased a prop which was wrong for my boat according top my mechanic. Never installed it, boxed it back up and returned it. I was denied a refund as it had "water spots" on it and was considered un resaleable. Yet i WAS refunded for the hub that goes with it. makes a lot of sense that you consider the prop used and the hub UN used. one will not work without the other. Either way, i am disgusted with having something that was never used and stuck spending 200$ for something that will be a book end from now on. When i recieved the box it had a small tear in it, should i have returned it and considered it used? i think not. Now the prop is on its way back to me with no hub. Great job! i now own a useless piece of stainless with water spots on it. I asked to have the manager of customer service call me and that was not done either. Great products terrible service except for Kit in sales, she has been great. give her a raise, fire the others.

More vibration at low speed, which was stated by the company due to the venting. Top speed and hole shot much better. Installed on procraft 180 with a merc 115. Top speed 45 with 2 passengers.

I have a 225 hp Yamaha that I purchased this hub and prop for and the day I installed it on our boat first trip out we had a terrible clacking sound with the boat in gear below 1000 rpm so we pulled it out of the water and re torqued the prop nut and put it back in the water same LOUD clacking noise. The clack is so loud that it sounds like our gears are about to shoot out the side of the lower unit. We proceeded to have a local Yamaha dealer pull the lower off to inspect the condition of the gears and bearings and to our surprise it is all in perfect condition. We talked to turning point to triple check that the prop and hub kit were installed correctly and they were installed correctly. We then had the motor checked out and could not find anything that would cause that noise. We then decided to take off this prop and installed a solas prop and now the noise is gone. This prop is JUNK, stay away unless you enjoy your motor sounding like its about to grenade. Thanks turning point....
