This is a very good product for the money. The rubber housing has resulted in smoother operating during acceleration and running at high WOT. I have a 150 Yamaha 2 stroke engine and was getting about 5400 RPM at WOT with my old prop. I'm now at 4800. Normal operating RPM at WOT is 4500-5500. I'm now around the lower middle of the recommend operating range.

The prop pitch was a little higher than I should have chosen, but thats my fault. I'm getting around 4,400-4,600 RPM WOT on a motor that operates at 4,500- 5,500 RPM. Although I didn't loose any top end speed, my only concern is Iv'e increased the load on the motor and lower unit and should be operating more in the recommended RPM WOT range. Shipping was fast, product appears to be well made and operates as expected. The rubber impeller housing provides a smooth feel with less vibration transfer. I like this product and feel that it is well worth the money I paid.

I bought this 90 wellcraft elite 222 with a 7.4 liter with a aluminum 19 pitch prop, put on this 21 pitch and lost nothing out of the hole, amazing midrange and gained 9 mph! Way more than I expected out of this

I replaced my OEM aluminum prop with this one, and I'm thrilled with the increase in performance I've seen. WOT rpm is about the same (maybe 100 rpm lower), but I gained about 8mph in top end speed, and also better hole shot performance (skiers pop up in almost half the time). I haven't done any long cruises yet, but I expect fuel economy to be improved as well. I'm also happy about the rubber core adapter, as my expectation is that the inexpensive core will self destruct if I hit something hard with this prop, rather than destroying my outdrive, like a solid stainless prop might. One small thing I don't like about the design is that it needs a very different thrust washer and spacer than the OEM prop, which means I have to carry those around with the old prop to keep it as a spare. That's a minor quibble though, overall I'm very happy with it.

Propeller is smoother than factory volvo aluminum prop. It responds with a better hole shot and higher top end. I have a 2004 Glastron gx185 with a 4.3, my top speed was 46 MPH full throttle trimmed up with slight over rev. This prop gives me the same holeshot and 52 MPH, less trim up is required and rpm range is almost exactly the same. Cant go wrong with this propeller.

I have a Smokercraft Ultima 172--Yamaha 150hp 4 stroke. Purchased a SS Rubex HR3 14.75" x 19" prop and have dialed in the rpm's at 5500-5600 at 50 mph (GPS). Great hole-shot response, more than happy with this well made fair priced prop. Iboats customer support and the prop finder made this experience as easy as possible. Would recommend trying out Solas's line of aluminum props first then adjust accordingly for the more expensive stainless steel. Then use the aluminum as your back up.

Not the products fault, great craftsmanship. I chose the wrong diameter prop.
